Winter elopements (November - April) take place in the beautiful farmhouse on the property. Weather permitting ceremony can take place in either the house, barn or a few other locations outside.

• 48 hour rental of property

• Stay in house which sleeps at least 6 and allows plenty of space for getting ready for two nights

• Day of wedding coordinator - available for questions and consultation throughout the entire wedding planning process. Sets up space and all decorations. Ensures execution of and coordinates wedding weekend. 

• Tables and chairs for up to 20 guests.

• Ability to use vendors of choice. See our recommendations here 

• Real plates and silverware, linen napkins, and vintage lace runners

• Appetizer and dessert plates

• Glassware

• Coffee, Tea, Cream Sugar and Cups

• Ice and all bar supplies. 

• Ceremony is no extra charge. Ceremony can take place either in house, barn, or in a few different locations outside - weather permitting
