Wednesday July 1, 2026: Arrival Day
Arrive. Get settled. Coordinate pickups. Trip to Bakery, Produce Stand, Amish Store. Get ALL THE FOODS. Relax and unwind.
Activity: Arrive, stock up on food for the week, make an absolute feast together and then roast s’mores over the fire into the night.
What to Wear: casual. Wear what makes you happy.
Thursday July 2, 2026
A full day together. Feel free to join in on all or no activities.
Activity: hiking at Letchworth State Park. Pack sandwiches for lunch. Make coffee and depart 7am. Will need RSVP count to coordinate rides and vehicles
What to wear: hiking clothes. This will not be an overly strenuous hike so you won’t need gear. I do like to walk though!
Activity: Dinner at Zambistro. Will need RSVP count for reservations
What to Wear: That Dress (or outfit) you never get to wear. You know the one - it’s already in your closet!
Activity: karaoke on the patio after dinner

Friday July 3, 2026
Activity: Canoe/Kayak trip down The Mighty Oak Orchard
What to Wear: swim suit, gym shorts, you know the deal. Will need RSVP to coordinate kayaks, loading, etc
Activity: Barhopping and appetizers in Medina. Will walk to town, no coordination needed.
What to Wear: Whatever makes you happy.
Saturday July 4, 2026
Activity: 4th of July Parade and craft show in Lyndonville. Ride in and along Gallagher Hill Trucking in Parade and pass out candy or enjoy the show from the sidelines
What to Wear: it’s America’s birthday. You know the dress code. Do your best!
Activity: Kid’s Day. If you families/kids are in town or nearby we will all grill. eat and run around after the parade.
Activity: Fireworks in Lyndonville.
Sunday July 5, 2026
Departure Day
Activity: We’ll cook up something delicious and eggy for brunch before we all go our separate ways later that day. Coordinate rides as needed. (if flights for departure or arrival work better Monday or Tuesday, I can definitely be flexible with some people in terms of leaving and also arriving)
